My Goals: Understand and support views of current leadership, explore what is and isn’t working regarding culture, retainment, and employee wellness, enhance and develop a system of decision-making logic with right awareness and knowledge, blend accessibility with organizational priorities, and establish guidelines and principles to maintain a supportive working environment that is sustainable.
- Exploratory Interviews (groups and/or individual meetings – 120+ minutes each)

My Goals: Translate leadership insight into an operational reality, put an end to unintentional harm, power struggles, and burnout, develop and refine values and working culture to cultivate collaboration and effective communication amongst higher-ups, and ultimately set forth a system will that hold up practically and ethically for a variety of workers.
- Manager Training Series (live or asynchronous options offered; 90 – 120+ mins per group)
- Communication Redesign (90 minutes initial meeting and suggested follow-throughs offered)
- Conflict Repair Frameworks (one to two weeks of staff training and practical steps given)
- Manager Toolkits (provided in a written format and created collaboratively after initial interviews)
- Policy Exploration (one week to two weeks; suggested changes offered and discussed)
- Accommodation Reframe (one to two weeks with accommodations developed in tandem with all employees)
- Hiring & Onboarding Consultation (90 minute discussion of how to onboard and hire potential employees who have unique needs)
- Documentation Support (one to two weeks audit of current documentation policies with written suggestions provided afterward)
Tier 3 — Whole-System Transformation and Development (Includes All of the Above and Employees)
Workplace Accessibility & Cultural Sprucing (typically 4 to 6 months – this is an entire systemic restructuring)

My Goals: Restore and foster trust, safety, and organic engagement from all staff, create a working environment that folks enjoy showing working within, develop a sustainable system of communication that meets the needs of a variety of workers, assist in developing pacing, structure, and expectations of all workers that balances productivity with regulation, and provide guidance for continued growth and sustainability that consider emerging trends in neurodivergent employment and needs of current employees.
- Employee Workshops (two weeks of unique workshops based on needs expressed in both interviews and surveys from CSuite, managers, HR, and employees)
- Listening Sessions (two to three weeks of collaborative groups that help employees feel empowered and understood within their spaces of operation)
- Resource Hubs (two to three weeks of developing a hub of resources that will be accessible and modifiable for future hires to confidently utilize when accommodations and supports are required; emphasizes being proactive and collaborative with employees going forward)
